Yes. You do not need to leave anything behind for us.

Why the timing matters.

An empty place cleans properly. A half-full one does not. That is the whole argument for having the same company do both.

So book the clean for after the truck has gone. No hoping a cleaner can get behind the fridge you could not move.

What gets cleaned.

Written for a landlord walkthrough, not a quick tidy.

Kitchen Inside the oven, the fridge and the dishwasher. Cabinets and drawers emptied and wiped out. Counters, sink and backsplash.

Bathrooms Toilet, tub, shower, tiles and grout. Mirrors, cabinets and fittings. The places a deposit inspection actually looks.

Floors Vacuumed and mopped throughout, including the corners the furniture was covering for three years.

Everywhere else Closets and shelves wiped. Baseboards, switches, handles and window sills. Cobwebs out of the corners.

Who books it.

RentersYou want the deposit back, and you do not want to spend your first night in the new place scrubbing the old one.
