Junk removal and trash-outs.
Furniture, appliances, garages and whole houses, cleared and hauled away. Landlords call it a trash-out. It is the same job.
Who calls us for this.
Three situations, most weeks.
What happens.
We look first
In person where we can, photos where we cannot. We need to see the volume before anyone talks about money. Whole house, one garage, a storage unit. They are very different jobs.
You get the number before we start
One figure for the job, quoted on site after we see it, not a rate that runs while you watch.
We sort as we go
Anything you have flagged to keep gets set aside, not loaded. Say the word on the walkthrough and it stays.
It leaves the property
Loaded and driven away the same visit. Nothing stacked at the curb for somebody else to deal with.
What we take.
Do it the same day as the move.
This is the part most people do not know they can ask for.
Most companies in Greenville move you, and that is all. You then book a second company for the junk, and a third for the clean. Three companies, three days off work, three invoices.
We do all three. One crew, one day, one bill. The clean can be booked for the same afternoon the truck pulls away, so the place is handed over empty and done.

How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on how much there is, so we look at it and quote on site. The $500 minimum applies, like it does to everything else.
Do I have to be there?
Talk to us about access when you book. What matters is that we can get in and we have agreed what goes.
When can you come?
We work seven days a week, 7am to 11pm. Call with the date you need and we will tell you straight whether we can make it.
Can you clear an estate?
Yes. Tell us what is being kept and we work around it.
Tell us what needs to go.
A few photos or a quick walkthrough and you will have a price. Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Easley, Simpsonville and Greer.
